Why me?

As the voice behind Wits & Weights, a top 2% overall and top 100 nutrition podcast that's transforming lives, I’m used to getting behind the mic to have a conversation.

But I didn’t realize how powerful the long-form audio format of podcasting could be until listeners started reaching out and telling me how they had finally “cracked the code” of their health and fitness.

Whether it’s a leaner, more muscular physique, finally losing fat in a healthy way, or optimizing their strength and longevity, the results listeners were getting just from listening to a podcast episode were motivating!
