Engineer Turned Nutrition Coach

In my 40s, I faced the same frustrations my clients deal with: hormonal shifts, stubborn body fat, conflicting advice, and the feeling that my best years were behind me. I spent years researching, self-experimenting, and coaching others to develop a practical, evidence-based system that works for real people with real lives.

I've coached hundreds of adults in their 40s and 50s to build muscle, lose fat, and feel strong again. Not through restriction or willpower, but through science, systems, and support.
