Refund Policy
At Wits & Weights Nutrition Coaching, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Due to the nature of personalized coaching services, we do not offer refunds on coaching packages, subscriptions, or single sessions once they have been purchased.
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Unforeseen health issues: If a significant, documented medical condition prevents you from continuing coaching services, a partial refund may be considered for unused sessions.
Failure to deliver services: If Wits & Weights fails to provide the agreed-upon coaching services for reasons unrelated to client actions, a prorated refund for unused sessions may be considered.

Cancellation Policy
Our coaching services are designed with your success in mind. To provide you with flexibility while maintaining accountability, we offer the following cancellation policy:
One-on-One Coaching Packages:
Coaching packages are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
You may cancel future coaching sessions with 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled session. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Group Coaching and Subscriptions:
Subscriptions to group coaching programs may be canceled at any time by sending us an email, but the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current cycle.
For prepaid group coaching services, no partial refunds will be issued for cancellations after the program start date.
Eat More Lift Heavy: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you enroll in Eat More Lift Heavy and are not satisfied with the program within the first 30 days of your enrollment date, you may request a full refund of your initial payment, provided you have met all of the following engagement requirements:
Completed all available lessons released during your first 30 days in the “Eat More Lift Heavy” course, including any assignments.
Attended at least one (1) live monthly coaching call (or watched the replay within 7 days of the call).
Posted at least one (1) message in the program’s community.
To request a refund, contact us within 30 calendar days of your enrollment date with the subject line “EMLH Guarantee Request.” Include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will verify engagement within 5 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method if the requirements above are met.
Refund requests that do not meet the engagement requirements, or that are submitted after the 30-day window, will not be honored. This guarantee applies to the initial billing period only and does not apply to subsequent quarterly renewals. Subsequent billing periods may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date but are not eligible for refund.
This guarantee applies to all pricing tiers of Eat More Lift Heavy, including any promotional or founder pricing.
