Hey, I'm Philip Pape, the man behind the mic at Wits & Weights, a Top 25 nutrition podcast that's changing lives. I’m also a go-ton nutrition and lifestyle coach for high-performing professionals (I like to call myself a “physique engineer”) as the owner and head coach of Wits & Weights Nutrition Coaching.

Through my personal transformation to become the strongest, leanest, and healthiest version of myself, I learned the effectiveness of using evidence-based nutrition and strength training to optimize body composition.

But this wasn't handed to me on a silver platter.

I'm a husband, a dad, and a tech junkie who's been through the wringer when it comes to physique and health. You see, I was that guy who was always "trying" to get in shape. Keyword: trying.

I was a late bloomer in the fitness game. I hit 40 and realized I had spent years—YEARS—chasing my tail with fad diets. Atkins? Been there. Paleo? Done that. Keto, intermittent fasting, CrossFit, you name it. I was the king of starting things but never finishing them.

And my physique? It was screaming mediocrity. Let's admit it: DAD BOD

Then 2020 hit, the year that slapped us all in the face. I took it as a sign.

I built a home gym and dove headfirst into the world of evidence-based nutrition and training. No more bro science, no more guesswork. I was all in.

As I started to see results, something magical happened. People noticed. My confidence skyrocketed.

I couldn't keep this to myself. So, in 2021, Wits & Weights was born.

But it wasn't just about sharing tips; it was about transforming lives.

Let's rewind a bit. Public speaking used to terrify me. So what did I do? I joined Toastmasters back in 2011.

I faced that fear head-on because I knew I had a message that needed to be heard.

Each of these obstacles was an opportunity.

Fast forward to today, Wits & Weights is a Top 25 podcast, and I've helped hundreds of people reclaim their health and physique.

I'm not just talking; I'm inspiring.

I've given speeches, run masterclasses, and coached people 1:1, helping thousands find the success that I did with their physical and mental health.

I'm in the business of breakthroughs—helping you smash plateaus, fuel your performance, and reveal the physique you've always dreamed of.

And these breakthroughs are more mental than anything. Once you know what you want and how to get there, a little action greases the wheels of success.
