The real reason you can't stick with anything

Ever feel like your own worst enemy?

You start a new diet or workout plan, you're all in, and then suddenly... you find yourself back at square one.

Sound familiar?

You're not alone. Most people think the problem is a lack of discipline or willpower.

But what if I told you that's not the real issue?

It's not about you vs. you.

It's not even about you vs. the world.

It's about you vs. a restrictive plan that's designed to fail.

We live in an age where information is abundant. A quick Google search can give you a diet plan, a workout routine, and a list of 'top 10 tips' for just about anything.

But information is not the problem. Consistency is.

And why can't people be consistent? Because most plans are too restrictive to be sustainable.

Think about it. How many times have you started a diet that cuts out all your favorite foods? Or a workout plan that requires two hours at the gym every day?

It's not sustainable.

And when you can't sustain it, you feel like a failure.

But you're not. The plan failed you.

Your brain is wired for survival, not for following a restrictive diet or a grueling workout plan.

When you deprive yourself, your brain goes into survival mode. It craves the foods you've cut out. It resists the excessive, energy-draining exercise.

And eventually, you give in.

Not because you lack discipline, but because you're human.

So what's the solution?

Stop fighting against your human nature and start working with it.

Choose a plan that's sustainable—one that includes foods you enjoy, workouts you can realistically fit into your schedule, and enough flexibility to live your life.

When you do that, you'll find that you don't need more discipline or willpower.

You just need a better plan.

It's time to stop blaming yourself and start questioning the unrealistic, restrictive plans that set you up for failure.

You're in the driver's seat.

And the road to success is paved with choices that you can realistically stick with, not just today, but for the long haul.
